Frames larger than 18x24 may incur over sized freight charges. This will be a separate charge to your credit card after shipping. Frames will be shipped by UPS or by Fed Ex Ground.
Delivery
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. It will most likely be less. Frames may be picked up at the LaPorte frame warehouse. It is open to the public by appointment only. Please call for hours and directions. Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge.

Frame prices may change at any time. We are still dedicated to keeping these frames as an affordable product for the artist. You will be advised of any change in pricing and have a chance to purchase frames before any change in rates.

We are very devoted to meeting all of your needs and giving you the best service possible. We strive to fulfill all of your expectations with the best customer service, timely deliveries and attention to detail. If, for some reason, the frames do not work, you may return them for a full refund.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return the frame(s) for a full refund.
- This must be done within 15 days
- A shipping label will be sent to you
- The frame must be in new condition with no blemishes or framing hole marks
- Cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless it is our error)
